Yes, with very little to no delays yet
Are are shipping worldwide to all effected countries?
Yes, very rarely experienced any delays as of yet when shipping to countries under quarantine. Tracking information is provided when dispatched to see every stage of the shipping process.
Will my order arrive on the date selected for delivery?
Due to Covid-19 we will be shipping orders earlier then the original dispatch date to avoid orders arriving late. Our couriers have notified us of potential delays on a daily basis whilst the pandemic is in effect.
Contact less delivery how does it work?
Couriers will be contacting the recipient with a date & time slot, so it is vital a phone number or e-mail is provided for them to notified. Couriers will leave the parcel at the doorstep, knock or ring the door, step back 2 meters away and wait till the recipient collects there parcel.
Can i cancel my order?
Due to the instant processing of orders, products cannot be cancelled or amended.
How do I return my order?
Due to Covid-19, products cannot be returned. Please chose carefully when ordering.
